These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WPAA.US, operated by Woodbridge Public Auto Auction ("WPAA"). By using the site or submitting any inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, current information when submitting any form.
• You will not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt service, or submit fraudulent or unlawful content.
• You are responsible for any phone, SMS, or carrier charges associated with your communications.
• You must be the rightful contact for any phone number or email you submit.

2. Vehicle Information Disclaimer

Vehicle listings, photos, condition notes, mileage, and auction information are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. WPAA makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that information is complete, current, or error-free. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Buyers are encouraged to request a WPAA Inspection and to independently verify vehicle history and condition before purchase.

3. Communication Consent

By submitting a form on WPAA.US, you authorize WPAA to contact you regarding your inquiry by your selected contact method. If you provide a mobile number and opt in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages from WPAA regarding your inquiry, appointments, offers, auction registration, vehicle information, and customer support. 4. Auction & Sales Terms

Auction purchases follow WPAA's on-site auction rules at the time of sale, including buyer registration, deposits, and title transfer procedures. All sales are subject to WPAA's terms at the time of purchase. "No Sale. No Fee." applies to seller consignment as described on the Sell or Consign page.

5. Marketplace Disclaimer (Future Functionality)

WPAA may, in the future, offer an online marketplace where verified members can list vehicles. When that marketplace launches, separate marketplace terms will govern member listings, buyer-seller communication, inspections, and fees. WPAA acts as the marketplace operator and does not take title to member-listed vehicles unless explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on WPAA.US, including logos, photography, and text, is the property of WPAA or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

WPAA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or any inquiry. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
